Will I receive delivery tracking notifications?

Yes. You will receive an SMS and email notification 24 hours prior to delivery with a confirmed date and a 3-hour arrival window. The driver will also call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.

How do I register my warranty?

Your warranty is automatically activated from your date of delivery using your ClarioHome order reference. If you ever require support or an engineer call-out, simply contact help@clariohome.shop.

Can I return my appliance if it doesn't fit my kitchen?

Yes! We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to inspect your appliance. If you wish to return it, contact our support team and we will coordinate an insured freight pickup.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once the returned appliance is received and inspected at our logistics depot, your full refund is credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
